Wash and Care: Wash cover at 30°C.

STANDARD UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
We offer FREE UK (Mainland) delivery on all orders of £60 and above and this includes furniture
Our standard delivery is with either Royal Mail or a courier depending on the parcel size. This service is tracked.
For orders below £60 our delivery charge is £4.95
PREMIUM DELIVERY
We also offer a premium two day delivery service with either DPD or UPS at a cost of £6.95 to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
You will see an estimated delivery date on the delivery page before completing your purchase and we will email you to let you know when your order has been despatched.
We despatch Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
If an order is returned to us because it is undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address or if it is not collected from a courier pick up point and returned to us then we will refund the cost of the order less any delivery costs paid by the customer.
We cannot be held responsible should you choose to change either the delivery address or request for your parcel to be left in a safe place once it has been despatched

The majority of the items on our website are available for delivery to most EU countries although we are unable to ship furniture
Our website shows the UK price for all items but when you register to make a purchase for delivery to an EU country our system will deduct UK Vat (currently 20%) from the price on your basket and you will the see the adjusted price as you checkout
However please be aware that EU deliveries are subject to local VAT taxes and import duties which will need to be paid to the courier before delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and Black By Design Ltd are not responsible for any charges incurred.
We use UPS for EU shipping
Should items be returned to us as the buyer does not pay the aforementioned charges then we reserve the right to deduct any charges we incur from the refund.
