The iconic Buddy character from Umbra has taken on a new role, several in fact. The cast zinc pieces, each of which show Buddy in a new form, have a velvet base so that the pieces glide easily over the metal game board lid. The pieces, covered in fresh nickel and titanium, stand on the grey and black squared board, which in turn sits on a base made from Ashwood. This box has a hidden storage compartment for the Buddy pieces if you should ever decide to put the set away.

Your order will be delivered either via DPD or Royal Mail 1st class signed for depending on the order value.
Our aim is to despatch orders received before 2pm on the same day and orders after 2pm will be despatched the following working day (our working days are Monday - Friday). You will see an estimated despatch and delivery date on the basket when placing your order.
Also available is an EXPRESS DELIVERY option (excluding Offshore,Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland).
If you place your order before 2pm then it will be delivered the next working day. The cost of this option is £4.95
Saturday and Sunday Delivery
We also provide a Saturday and Sunday delivery service at a price of £12.00 but orders must be placed Monday to Friday and before 2pm on Friday.

For orders outside of the EU your order will be processed exclusive of 20% UK Vat, however local import duties may be payable which you will be responsible for
We aim to ship all International orders within 24 hours by courier so a signature will be required. Before you pay for your order you will see an estimated delivery date on the screen.
Please note that we do not ship electrical items and on occasions there may unfortunately be items which our courier will not take. If that is the case we will immediately advise and refund you.
From 14th November we are offering extended returns on purchases. Orders can now be returned until Friday 12th January 2018
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
By law you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund, however we go further than the legal minimum and offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
However we cannot accept returns which fall outside of the 30 day period.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it then please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive details on how to make a return. You will then need to return the item, unused in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition quoting the returns number you have been given.
We are under no obligation to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Once the item has been received and checked your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us. We would suggest that you use a tracked method of return.
Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
You need to inspect the purchased items immediately on delivery and notify us by e-mail at email@example.com within 7 working days if the items are damaged. If we are not informed then you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and we reserve the right to reject any claims for damage received after 7 days.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods are to be returned to us or we may ask for photographic confirmation of the damage. Once the damage has been confirmed we will issue a full refund.
Where goods are damaged or defective and we ask you to return the goods we will supply you with a returns label or arrange for a courier to collect from you at our expense. We cannot be held responsible for return delivery costs if you choose to return the goods yourself.
