The Eos Table Lamp is designed by Soren Ravn Christensen and Anders Klem for Umage. The Lamp featured combines the Eos Pendant Shade in White Mini and the Santé Table Lamp Stand with brushed brass finish.
The Eos Shade, a beautiful sculptural design made from hand placed goose feathers glued onto a fabric and steel frame, radiates a soft and cosy glow adding sophistication and elegance to your décor. Perfect for use as a Table Lamp and suitable for all rooms it infuses a touch of contemporary design into your home. Paired with a Santé Table Lamp Stand, a classic single stem lamp stand that can be used with most Umage Lamp Shades, it is sure to add style to its surroundings. The Eos shade is available in several sizes in White, Light Brown, Light Grey and Light Rose and is offered with or without a choice of cord options. The Santé Stand is available as a Table Stand with a black, white, brushed brass or brushed steel finish and as a Floor Stand with a black, white or brushed brass finish.
We offer a variety of floor and table lamps using the Eos White Mini shade, but if you don't see the combination you want just create your own by adding the Umage Tripod or Santé Lamp Stand to suit.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it then please e-mail customerservices@black-by-design.co.uk to receive details on how to make a return. You will then need to return the item, unused in its original packaging and in a resalable condition quoting the returns number you have been given.
We are under no obligation to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Once the item has been received and checked your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price of the item excluding any delivery charges paid, but not any delivery costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us. We would suggest that you use a tracked method of return.
Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible.
Please note that we cannot arrange of collection items you may wish to return
Once we have issued your refund it can take the Banks up to 4 days to process the refund back into your account
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
You need to inspect the purchased items immediately on delivery and notify us by e-mail at customerservices@black-by-design.co.uk within 7 working days if the items are damaged. If we are not informed then you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and we reserve the right to reject any claims for damage received after 7 days.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods are to be returned to us or we may ask for photographic confirmation of the damage. Once the damage has been confirmed we will issue a full refund.
Where goods are damaged or defective and we ask you to return the goods we will supply you with a returns label or arrange for a courier to collect from you at our expense. We cannot be held responsible for return delivery costs if you choose to return the goods yourself.

The majority of furniture which we sell is made to order and consequently is non returnable, We state on the product listing whether the item is made to order to avoid any confusion.
