Gift Voucher Terms & Information

Our Gift Vouchers are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address on the date you choose. Payment is taken at the time of purchase, not on the date of issue. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and you may select the value to suit your needs.

When completing the recipient details, please ensure you enter the intended recipient’s name and email address. Do not enter the purchaser’s email address in these fields, as this will result in the voucher being sent to the purchaser instead.

Confirmation of your Gift Voucher will be sent to the purchaser once the order has been processed and confirmed by Black By Design. Vouchers may only be cancelled by the purchaser within one hour of purchase. Please note, vouchers are not valid until the confirmation email has been received.

Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher codes may not be used to purchase additional Gift Vouchers.

Items purchased using a Gift Voucher may be returned or exchanged, but not refunded. Any additional payment made beyond the voucher value will be refunded, and a replacement voucher code will be issued for the original voucher amount. The expiry date of the replacement voucher will match that of the original.

If your order exceeds the value of your Gift Voucher, you can pay the difference at checkout. If your order is below the voucher value, the remaining balance will be retained and can be used later with the same code.

Redeeming your Gift Voucher is simple — just enter your unique code at checkout. You may purchase multiple vouchers in a single transaction.
