Black By Design collects your personal information when you shop with us as indeed do other online retailers. We need to in order to fulfil your order, send it to the correct address, let you know your order is on its way to you and to send future offers to you.

Klarna
In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

Feefo
We also share your name, email address and product/service you purchased (as obtained during the order process) with Feefo who will send you an email on our behalf asking you to complete a review. Our legal basis for doing this is our legitimate interest in asking for feedback in order to improve our products and services.

Our store is hosted on Visualsoft. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Visualsoft's data storage, databases and the general Visualsoft application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Our website may contain links to other websites that are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you that will be used by them in accordance with their Privacy Policy, which may differ from ours.
