Designed by Soren Ravn Christensen for Danish brand Umage, this beautiful sculptural pendant shade is made from goose feathers on a paper and steel frame. The natural feathers have been hand placed and glued onto the paper backing creating a lamp shade which radiates a soft and cosy glow adding sophistication and elegance to your décor. The Eos shade is available in several sizes in White, Light Brown, Light Grey and Light Rose, but here we feature the Light Rose Medium.
Ideal for arranging in clusters at different heights or in a row over a dining table the Eos will make a design statement wherever it is placed. We aim to ship all International orders within 24 hours by courier so a signature will be required. Before you pay for your order you will see an estimated delivery date on the screen.
Please note that we do not ship electrical items and on occasions there may unfortunately be items which our courier will not take. If that is the case we will immediately advise and refund you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it then please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive details on how to make a return. You will then need to return the item, unused in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition quoting the returns number you have been given.
We are under no obligation to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Once the item has been received and checked your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us. We would suggest that you use a tracked method of return.
Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
You need to inspect the purchased items immediately on delivery and notify us by e-mail at email@example.com within 7 working days if the items are damaged. If we are not informed then you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and we reserve the right to reject any claims for damage received after 7 days.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods are to be returned to us or we may ask for photographic confirmation of the damage. Once the damage has been confirmed we will issue a full refund.
Where goods are damaged or defective and we ask you to return the goods we will supply you with a returns label or arrange for a courier to collect from you at our expense. We cannot be held responsible for return delivery costs if you choose to return the goods yourself.
