This espresso coffee maker is the result of intense research into the optimal shape for a coffee pot to enhance the taste and smell of coffee.

Pulcina automatically stops filtering the coffee at just the right moment to avoid that burnt and bitter aftertaste, so only the finest qualities of coffee are preserved, thus enhancing its full-bodied and rounded aroma.

The spout is also a well thought out and innovative design, as it perfectly cuts drops when pouring.

We offer FREE UK (Mainland) on all orders of £50 and above 

For all other orders our delivery charge is £3.95

We also offer a premium delivery service with either DPD or UPS at a cost of £5.95 to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and islands

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it then please e-mail customerservices@black-by-design.co.uk to receive details on how to make a return. You will then need to return the item, unused in its original packaging and in a resalable condition quoting the returns number you have been given.

We are under no obligation to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Once the item has been received and checked your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price of the item excluding any delivery charges paid, but not any delivery costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us. We would suggest that you use a tracked method of return.

Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible.

Please note that we cannot arrange of collection items you may wish to return

Once we have issued your refund it can take the Banks up to 4 days to process the refund back into your account

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

You need to inspect the purchased items immediately on delivery and notify us by e-mail at customerservices@black-by-design.co.uk within 7 working days if the items are damaged. If we are not informed then you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and we reserve the right to reject any claims for damage received after 7 days.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods are to be returned to us or we may ask for photographic confirmation of the damage. Once the damage has been confirmed we will issue a full refund.

Where goods are damaged or defective and we ask you to return the goods we will supply you with a returns label or arrange for a courier to collect from you at our expense. We cannot be held responsible for return delivery costs if you choose to return the goods yourself.

We endeavour to process all refunds within 3 working days of your return being received

The majority of furniture which we sell is made to order and consequently is non returnable, We state on the product listing whether the item is made to order to avoid any confusion.
