The Ossidiana range from Alessi is designed by Mario Trimarchi and was inspired by the faces of the original Moka coffee pot and those of obsidian, the volcanic stone it is named after.
This fascinating design features the iconic multifaceted shape and introduces a series of details that make the Ossidiana design new. The shape makes it easy to hold and the position of the knob allows you to easily raise the lid using only one hand. A clever internal tongue ensures that when the lid is lifted the condensation runs down the inside of the pot and not the handle. The handle has a faceted shape that is both ergonomic and functional and it is positioned just the right distance from the body of the pot to prevent scalding when holding it.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it then please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive details on how to make a return. You will then need to return the item, unused in its original packaging and in a resalable condition quoting the returns number you have been given.
We are under no obligation to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Once the item has been received and checked your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price of the item excluding any delivery charges paid, but not any delivery costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us. We would suggest that you use a tracked method of return.
Goods being returned are your responsibility and if lost or damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible.

Once we have issued your refund it can take the Banks up to 4 days to process the refund back into your account
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
You need to inspect the purchased items immediately on delivery and notify us by e-mail at email@example.com within 7 working days if the items are damaged. If we are not informed then you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and we reserve the right to reject any claims for damage received after 7 days.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods are to be returned to us or we may ask for photographic confirmation of the damage. Once the damage has been confirmed we will issue a full refund.
Where goods are damaged or defective and we ask you to return the goods we will supply you with a returns label or arrange for a courier to collect from you at our expense. We cannot be held responsible for return delivery costs if you choose to return the goods yourself.
