Established in 1953 McNutt of Donegal is located on the north west coast of Ireland.

The rugged coastline with its untamed heathers and wild seas is a constant source of inspiration for the colours and textures of the McNutt collections.

Weaving initially took place on handlooms in a converted community hall and later moved to a purpose built mill on power looms where the McNutt designs are still weaved to this day.
