Care Instructions:
The STAY fabrics are designed for easy maintenance and long‑lasting appearance:
Brush off loose dirt regularly.
Remove stains promptly using a soft cloth with cold or lukewarm water (max. 38°C / 100°F).
Dab stains gently—avoid rubbing to protect the material.
Dry damp areas with a clean, dry cloth.
Allow STAY furniture to air‑dry outdoors; avoid heat drying.
Low‑temperature ironing is possible if needed.
For best results, use blomus MEDA Cleaning and Maintenance products. The MEDA Cleaning Agent removes stains and odours, while the MEDA Waterproofing Spray restores water‑ and dirt‑repellent properties, especially around seams. Regular care helps protect against weathering and moss, preserving the chair’s original look and extending its lifespan.

We offer FREE UK (Mainland) delivery on all orders of £70 and above and this includes furniture.
Our standard delivery service is with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for UK mainland orders, for Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland we use Royal Mail

This timeframe is only a guide — in some cases your order may arrive sooner than the estimate. If we’re unable to deliver within the stated period due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is returned to us because it is undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address, or if it is not collected from a courier pick‑up point and subsequently returned, we will refund the cost of the items minus any delivery charges paid.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility if you choose to change the delivery address or request for your parcel to be left in a safe place after despatch.
