Care Instructions
Brush off loose dirt regularly.
Clean stains with a soft cloth and cold to lukewarm water (max. 38°C).
Remove excess moisture with a dry cloth.
Allow to air‑dry only — avoid strong heat.
Gentle ironing at low temperature is possible on synthetic fibres.
For best results, use MEDA Cleaner followed by MEDA Protector to maintain the fabric’s water‑ and dirt‑repellent finish.
Regular care helps prevent mould and keeps your STAY furniture in excellent condition.

We offer FREE UK (Mainland) delivery on all orders of £70 and above and this includes furniture.
Our standard delivery service is with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for UK mainland orders, for Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland we use Royal Mail

Some items are made to order or shipped directly from our suppliers. You’ll clearly see the estimated delivery lead time displayed just below the price on the product page. This timeframe is only a guide — in some cases your order may arrive sooner than the estimate. If we’re unable to deliver within the stated period due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is returned to us because it is undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address, or if it is not collected from a courier pick‑up point and subsequently returned, we will refund the cost of the items minus any delivery charges paid.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility if you choose to change the delivery address or request for your parcel to be left in a safe place after despatch.
