To keep your Fred's Chair looking its best, follow these simple care tips:

- Clean regularly with a dry or damp cloth. Avoid cleaners with harsh chemicals.

- Perform a thorough clean twice a year using mild liquid soap and plenty of water.

- Remove bird droppings promptly to prevent coating damage.

- Avoid covering the chair with fabric or plastic covers, as these may harm the powder-coated finish.

- Store indoors during harsh weather for optimal longevity.

For extra protection, consider applying a non-abrasive car wax to refresh and safeguard the finish. Always test wax on an inconspicuous area first, and ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.

We offer FREE UK (Mainland) delivery on all orders of £70 and above and this includes furniture.

Our standard delivery service is with DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for UK mainland orders, for Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland we use Royal Mail

Please note we are unable to supply furniture to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands

Our aim is to despatch orders received before 2pm on the same day Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

For orders below £70 our delivery charge is £5.95

PREMIUM DELIVERY

We also offer a premium next day delivery service with DPD Local at a cost of £7.95 to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

This timeframe is only a guide — in some cases your order may arrive sooner than the estimate. If we’re unable to deliver within the stated period due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is returned to us because it is undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address, or if it is not collected from a courier pick‑up point and subsequently returned, we will refund the cost of the items minus any delivery charges paid.

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility if you choose to change the delivery address or request for your parcel to be left in a safe place after despatch.
